A Glorious Gift To Oregon

A Joyful Gathering Place
ArtPark101 offers a lively 1.5-acre space filled with creativity, where art, nature, and eco-friendly practices unite to ignite inspiration, wonder, and community spirit. Surrounded by towering trees and refreshing coastal breezes, this peaceful haven welcomes visitors who arrive on foot, bike, or by car to relax, reflect, and escape the busy highway. Discover engaging sculptures, visit a delightful thrift and art resale shop, browse through the colorful beads at the store, explore the inspiring art gallery, and take memorable photos amidst vibrant art displays. Beginning Spring 2027, interactive drop-in workshops will invite visitors of all ages to create stunning sculptures and mosaics, transforming the park into a lasting artistic landmark for future generations and fostering a thriving creative community.

Our Programs
We offer a number of programs that invest in environmental stewardship and build community.
We are actively raising funds for a premium Cycle Stop by 2027, but until then we always offer water refilling, bathrooms, a rest area, coffee, internet and device charging to all visitors.

Bandonia the Phoenix
Bandonia the Phoenix is made from discarded materials headed to landfill and proudly stands guard over Art Park 101 and serves as a beacon welcoming visitors. She is the first of many sculptures to come at ArtPark 101!

Polka Dot Thrift Shop
Celebrating sustainable fashion, the Polka Dot Thrift Shop offers a wide selection of stylish, affordable eco-friendly clothing, footwear, jewelry, and home accessories. Plus, a free box with donated clothes and housewares helps support community members in need.

Palooza Palace opening in 2027
Join us for engaging workshops, collaborative sculpture projects, and interactive activities using recycled materials. The park aims to foster creativity, teamwork, and kindness in a welcoming environment. Suzy's Cycle Stop will be accessible both indoors and on the deck, with a cozy lounge for guests to relax and recharge.

As a way of encouraging creativity and use of sustainable art materials ArtPark 101 offers amazing pre-owned and sustainably sources beads, charms and buttons.

Pollinator Pathways
Coming in 2028
The upcoming Pollinator Pathways initiative will establish a network of native, drought-resistant, and pesticide-free plantings to support vital pollinator species. Walking trails through woodland and open fields will highlight diverse native flora. Volunteers will be invited to craft mosaic walkways and install bird baths, enriching the habitat.

Educational Exhibitions
Art Park 101 hosts a variety of educational exhibitions aimed to better understand how to tread lightly on our planet. In addition to Bandonia, there is a Bioluminescent, "glow-in-the-dark" Sea cave, Petro the Fossil Fuel Monster and Litterella & the Nature Beast sculptures.

Suzy's Cycle Stop
expanding in 2027
Our current amenities include clean restrooms, water refill stations, picnic areas, and a dedicated rest zone for cyclists. As our fundraising continues, we aim to introduce an indoor Campers Pantry, a comfortable lounge, reliable internet access, and a community bulletin board. Future plans feature a spacious, covered deck with fold-out benches, a comprehensive bike repair station equipped with tools, an outdoor porta-potty, and a washing station to serve all visitors.

100 year old
Player Piano
Experience a charming piece of vintage entertainment that celebrates American ingenuity. This unique piano requires the player to pedal with real effort, making the music come alive through muscle power. Cyclists especially love it! Enjoy lively ragtime tunes and timeless classics from an extensive collection of paper rolls. It's incredibly entertaining and sure to bring a smile to your face!
Mission Statement:
ArtPark 101 is a joyful, accessible place celebrating nature and the arts, while educating about kindness to people and planet.
Art for Absolutely Everyone
We believe in Art for All and we mean everyone! No matter your background or interests, if you have gold or pennies in your pockets, if you can see or only hear, if you can roll instead of walk, if you have never set foot in an art gallery or are a flowering artist. ArtPark 101 wants everyone to enjoy the artwork and enjoy participating in the creative process.
Community is Connection
Art unites us in unique ways, creating a space where strangers become collaborators and communities grow closer. Whether you're visiting for the first time or volunteering regularly, we’re thrilled to have you join us. As soon as you arrive, you’re part of something bigger, a shared human experience that welcomes everyone with open arms.
Resourcefulness is our Cornerstone
Its not only a new way of thinking and a fun way of saving money, it can truly make a difference if we do not generate more stuff. We just need to use what is already here is in new ways.
ArtPark 101 believe resourcefulness will help save our planet and we teach it. Just as our grandmothers once said, "Waste not, want not."
Basically if we stop wasting so much of what we have we won't need to keep replacing it.
Hidden Beauty Everywhere
We believe the world ineeds more imagination, and a new way of observing our surrounding can help give hope. Learning the language of the arts can help create beauty out of almost anything. With less discarded stuff and more of things re-used and repupposed, there will be less waste and pollution and indeed more hope.
Joy is a Requirement
We take joy seriously — the kind that sneaks up on you, makes you grin at a sculpture, or laugh with someone you just met. Joy is the spark that keeps us going. We believe being a little silly or laughing at something crazy is what we all need to more of these days. So we vow to help this along with joyful art lurking in the corners and experiences that make you smile.
Everyone Belongs
We honor differences, celebrate diversity, and create spaces where every person feels welcome, valued, and safe to express themselves. If you arrive by foot, bicycle, mororcycle or car we welcome you and invite you to have a little wonder in your day.
Kindness Always
Compassion is our compass. We teach it, model it, and practice it — because kindness is the foundation of a thriving, connected community.
We also believe knadness extends to animals and to our planet.

Three ways we build a sense of
community and purpose.
We offer hands-on learning that meets visitors of all ages and stages of life where they are. We accomodate the needs of everyone by designing positive experiences and making Art for All..

FAMILIES and FRIENDS SHARING EXPERIENCES
In the age of digital everything and artificial intelligence, we offer hands-on fun things to do together. If it is sifting through piles of beautiful beads, making a necklace, trying on a new coat, pumping the petals of a 100 year old player piano or doing a scavnger hunt with Bandonia the Phoenix, what we offer is REAL AND FUN!
EVERYONE WORKING TOGETHER TO MAKE THE ART PARK
begins in Summer 2027
ArtPark 101 is a place where people from all walks of life—whether they are farmers, fishermen, teachers, artists, or students—can come together to share ideas and create. Our goal is to build a vibrant community through collaborative projects such as creatng, mosaic walls, winding pathways, colorful planters, whimsical wind chimes, bold sculptures, and graceful installations. Everyone who joins is part of shaping this inclusive space that celebrates creativity and connection.

ACCESSIBLE ART FOR ALL
Our accessible exhibits are designed to invite everyone, including those who may feel hesitant. By using recycled household items, we connect art to everyday life and teach valuable lessons about sustainability, upcycling, and waste reduction. Visitors are encouraged to touch the artworks, and often, the community actively participates in creating them!
