Upcoming Workshops & Ongoing Projects
Want to get creative and help shape Art Park 101? Get involved in one of our projects or workshops.

Butterfly Mural
We’re bringing a burst of color to the park, one brushstroke at a time. Our new storage container will soon be transformed into a larger‑than‑life butterfly mural, a symbol of renewal, creativity, and the beauty that emerges when a community comes together. We’ll be painting it with vibrant wings, bold patterns, and plenty of imagination, and we’d love for you to be part of the process. Want to help bring this butterfly to life? In alignment with our commitment to the Pollinator Pathway.

Happalot Palace Mosaic
We’re transforming the Happalot Palace yurt into a vibrant, carousel‑inspired creative space, a place where color, imagination, and community meet. Mosaic pieces will dance across the walls and surfaces, coming together to form a one‑of‑a‑kind design that feels playful, inviting, and wonderfully unexpected. It will be a space that sparks curiosity the moment you step inside. We will transform the Happalot Palace yurt into a festive creative space fitting for a carousel. Mosaic pieces will be used to decorate the surface and will build a unique one-of-a-kind design fit for the imaginative mind.

Our Volunteers Love Us
Here's what just a few of them have to say about Art Park 101!
"Art 101 is a fun and fantastic place to visit. Lots of art work created to repurposing landfill and other items. It is definitely a place to stop and spend some time exploring."
— Gretchen S.
“This place is inspirational! The Giant Phoenix has signage explaining the story.
All made with repurposed materials!
They even have picnic tables and a dog area. Inside is a feast for the eyes with more art to view and cool unique products designed by Nicola Pozzi, exclusively sold here. Stickers are amazing! This wild immersive exhibit room you walk into, called the Bioluminescent Sea Cave will blow your mind! It's a coral reef that glows in the dark! Did I mention the Player Piano? Yes it kinda mostly works too! You pump the pedals and it plays! Wildly fun!
What a great place!”— Angela P.
“Fun gals, great art! They have a player piano & beat underwater installation. Worth the stop!"
— Chanetell H.
